FOTOFEST2006 Student Tours

FOTOFEST2006 was March 10th through April 23rd. Guided tours were available at no cost through April 23rd. A limited number of transportation grants were available on a first come first serve basis.

Artist Visits
FotoFest works with professional photographers and writers from the Houston-area to provide LTP classes with visits from professional artists. While in the classroom, artists discuss their work, their careers, and their educational background. They are invited to review students work, and make suggestions about how to improve.

Exhibition Openings

FotoFest 2006 began Friday, March 10th, with exhibition openings at FotoFest Headquarters, Vine Street Studios, and FotoFest at DiverseWorks and the opening of The Meeting Place portfolio review.
